Gather the evidence

  • Record the GHS amount, date and time, wallet reference and merchant order number.
  • Describe which ledger shows the debit or credit and which remains unchanged.
  • Redact PINs, OTPs, full ID numbers and unrelated transactions.

Choose the recipient

Start with the provider for a disputed wallet debit and with the operator for a cashier discrepancy. If both systems disagree, ask both teams to trace the same payment and keep each case number.

You need to explain a missing GHS 50 credit

Write a short report: date and time, GHS amount, wallet reference, cashier order, what each service shows and what you want checked. If you have an earlier case number, attach it to the same timeline.

Do not include a wallet PIN, password or one-time code. Use a secure upload only if the official service asks for supporting files.
