If access changes unexpectedly

From a trusted device, contact the mobile network and wallet provider through their published channels. Ask what restrictions are available. Secure the email attached to your accounts and check recent wallet entries.

If you see an unknown debit

Preserve the original notification and transaction ID. Report through the provider’s fraud process. Do not approve prompts that claim to cancel a payment.

Your phone loses service and you receive account alerts

From a trusted device, contact the mobile network using a known official channel and check whether the SIM has changed. Ask the wallet provider about securing access, then review your registered email and operator account. Keep the original alert times for the investigation.

A caller who asks you to read back a code to reverse a SIM change should not receive it.
